Injury: Head, Cervical Spine, Both Ankles, Right Leg, Left Foot, Left Wrist, following a motor vehicle accident

The claimant was continuing to suffer from ongoing symptoms of pain, stiffness and discomfort affecting her neck, lower back and left ankle at approximately two years following the date of the subject accident. She was also suffering from debilitating sensory dysesthesia, numbness and weakness affecting her right leg, ankle and foot, secondary to a footdrop caused by her injuries stemming from the subject accident. The claimant had also sustained a left wrist scaphoid fracture as a result of the subject accident and had undergone an open reduction internal fixation procedure for her fractured left scaphoid bone on 19th December 2018 with utilisation of a bone graft from her left superior iliac crest.
