Workplace Bullying to discredit reputation
Our client, “Mr C” was an employee of the State of New South Wales who was subjected to workplace bullying primarily in the form of an intentional and malicious campaign to discredit his reputation.
The matter ultimately settled by consent judgment for $500,000.
“I would like to thank Steve and the team he has assembled at Walker Law Group for representing me in a, particularly complex compensation case. The professionalism they showed me reduced my anxiety and enabled me to navigate a particularly difficult time in my life. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring legal assistance.”
Regards,
Mr C.
Obviously, our client was thrilled with the result we were able to secure for him, however, it did highlight that there must be many other employees who continue to suffer unfairly.
You may have noticed that there has been a parliamentary inquiry conducted into the state emergency services which highlighted an embedded culture of bullying and harassment.
If you feel that you have been given a raw deal, give Walker Law Group a call.
