Workers Compensation Regulation 2016 – Schedule 8

Schedule 8 of the Workers Compensation Regulation 2016 outline such things as the weekly payments of workers, limitations of expenses (such as medical, hospital & rehabilitation expenses), and compensation for existing claimants (for example medical) and other such details.

It’s very important to note that benefits will not cease if the medical condition is not stable.
