Slip and Fall in a supermarket – Northern Beaches

This client slipped and fell in a grocery supermarket on the Northern Beaches on 10 April 2015 and the incident was captured on CCTV footage.  She suffered soft tissue injuries to her right ankle, left shoulder and lower back. She required urgent medical assistance, but fortunately no surgery.
