As one of the firm’s lawyers, I have extensive experience working in plaintiff litigation and enjoy getting great results for clients. I have won a number of leading cases in the area of law with one particular victory setting a precedent in the courts.
My passion is to empower my clients to stand their ground. Clients are often confused and unsure of their rights to compensation. It’s a personal mission of mine to understand where they are coming from and provide clarity to them around what their options are to move forward. I believe this when coupled with my extensive negotiation and advocacy skills, allow me to represent them to the fullest at settlement conferences, arbitrations and conciliations.
It is my primary objective to stand up for people who have been wronged and achieve the best possible result so they can get their life back on track.

I am very pleased to announce that Sharron Vogel has returned to my firm. Sharron was an integral part of my prior practice known as Walker Legal which was acquired by a publicly listed firm, Shine lawyers, back in 2012. Sharron remained with Shine up until very recently.
