Our client was riding his motorbike when he had a collision on Military Road, Cremorne, on his way to work.

This car coming from the opposite direction suddenly turned right and hit me. I remember glancing to my right, the car was already right upon me. I braked at that split second and then I blacked out. Then I remember opening my eyes, looking down along the road to my bike some distance away, I couldn’t breathe, I crawled off the road”

He was taken in an ambulance to Royal North Shore Hospital and was diagnosed with fractures to his shoulder blade, vertebra, and bruising and abrasions to his collarbone, shoulder and knees. Our client felt pressure to return to work with only 2 weeks recovery time as he felt obliged to return early given it was a new job.The assigned Workers Compensation Commission Approved Medical Specialist for Assessment of Permanent Impairment verified that the client suffered multiple injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident last September, and would likely need paid help with repair and maintenance in the foreseeable future.Sharron Vogel was successful in lodging a claim and receiving a settlement for our client.

Hi SharronThank-you for representing me over the last 15months, we were very pleased with the outcome.RegardsRob
